always we have to wait.the staffs are treating the customer worse. whether its a delivery or sending the goods,atleast they will waste your 20 minutes of time. the staffs are thinking like they are govt staffs.very poor customer service.if the management do not looking it up then,they will loosen the customer and soon they will be degraded.

My experience - Expect 8 to 15 days delay for your parcel to reach across India. Receipent name in delivery bill and ur proof (aadhar) should match to collect your parcel. If the parcel sent in Business name, official seal is mandatory to get the delivery. Any mistake in above, will require your additional effort in correcting / changing names in booking office and so on. It's always good to proactively check the parcel location as your local VRL office may not call you to inform on parcel delivery. Local VRL desk person should treat the customers fairly. Instead, they simply asking you to wait and doing their own tasks. It's not the way to treat customers, who are trusting VRL logistics for their parcel delivery. Overall, Delivery process to be improved.
