Services are good but need some improvements. Site data doesn't provide correct tracking details sometimes. If you make a call to the office sometimes it's answered and most of the time it is getting ignored or not picked up by the attendant person. One thing is good is this if your consignment is approached then they call you if in case of an office delivery parcel.

Not sure on what basis it's a courier service. Inside Berhampur they take their own seet time to deliver with weekly service dependent upon load. 76003 is Gosaninuagaon and it will take a week to deliver from 760001. Laughable
