Very very bad service I am calling from morning until evening no buddy was anser my call the reason I am calling to know about my parcel history which is already 3 months haven't reach to destination so now I don't know what should I do which person I could talk to explain please don't trust this india post better so more money and use private courier service they are better then this india post and one more thing I have option here give them rating I don't have any other choice to give them one star....

Worst experience ever, even snails would work faster than the staff here, so irresponsible and insensitive, they don't tell you everything at once they keep on bragging you and their network is so bad, they couldn't even accept online payment I don't want to curse in a public platform. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

It's really disappointing that the parcel I have sent by speedpost is not received yet and the tracking id is not working , no response to the phone call.Speed post takes maximum 3-4 days and it's been 7 days.No updates about when will the parcel be delivered.

Everytime I see post office in a new city other than my home town. I get extremely excited. And here i found it on cannaught place oh man literally i was so happy to see. And j dedicate this review to my father who is post master and my sister who is MTS in Department of posts India. This post office is located at very cute location and as other post offices this has no difference inside. But yes they have good advertisments.

Abo, who is in charge of stamps at the post office, will pay the money. Remember to calculate it clearly. It costs 15 rupees to send it back to Taiwan. I watched him post the stamps and hope it will reach Taiwan~ (The postcard from the brother next door is 10 rupees, no worries!)

I visited this place for the first time. From outside it looks like a normal shop entrance an boom once you are inside you realize its one of the very few places in connaught place which still maintain the old architecture without any major changes. The place has a height of atleast 30 ft on the inside. Place is quiet and not frequented by many people as people generally prefer private players these days. Staff is quiet cooperative and helpful. As a support to the people working there I bought 2 bottles of ganga jal from there

3rd class office environment, i visited there two time , staff are playing game with customers and jab unka man karta h seat chod dete h and ,, say go to other counter,,,,, agar hum kuch kate h to bolte h ki,,,,,, hume itna hi kaam karna h ,,,,,,,,, I think they have setting with outside packing shop and they suggest every one go out and get pack goods from their ,,,,,,,, both are my self incidents,,,,,,, ,,,,,, according to my point of view if you have any other options pls use that ........ ohterwise get ready to fight with "INDIAN SARKARI DEPARTMENT"

A usual India Post Office dealing in postal services of a wide range of articles/parcels/letters etc. and certain savings instruments/products/money orders. The premises could have been made more presentable, counters more live and duly attended. Located in a prime area of the city, Connaught Place; the appeal of the Office is very dull and only one multi purpose counter live with long queue/waiting time at a given time, is a sheer waste of otherwise big premises and logistics. Seeing the queue, more counters can be made operational to meet the rush at any given time. Premises also not well kept, needs more attention.

Small, but the best. Just exit from Gate No. 8 of the Rajiv Chowk metro station and there you can find a small India Post red board in the opposite side of the road. And yes, the quality of service can challenge private courier services.

Sent stuff to the UK (20 day service) they have a packing service which cost me 150. Then 4kg cost about 2000 rupees with tracking. Overall a fairly painless experience. You need your passport tho.

Me and my german friend had to wait for 40 minutes . The two staff , a lady and the man at the right who deals with the ordinary were very co-operative and explained us everything regarding our issue but the ones at multipurpose were freaking sick. Now we both have jokes on india post .
