Hated the service, too slow no management had to go 7 times and they couldn't find my parcel at all, 8th time I was lucky to spot my parcel by myself. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 to 15 days, which was already a long long time.... But it took 20 days 5 days extra after reaching the ecom hub. Never going to use this service again if ever got any awb from Ecom, surely going to cancel the order no matter what. Truly hated the experience.
