Today 14/05/2023 a delivery person name Rahul Rcr came to my house for a delivery. He was so rude and ill mannered. He raised his voice on me, misbehaved and also used abusive languages just because I didn't except the package for some reason which about I already informed Ajio and they suggested me to not except the package when it's come to my place. But the man showed that he has some authority to insult people. It's very very insulting and humiliating.

Ecom express representative in kolkata are very unprofessional. They tried to deliver the product on Saturday. As the office was closed I requested to reschedule them to any date from Monday to Friday. But,they returned back the product to the seller. Beware of this company
