Worst Service ! My parcel coming kolkata@ Delhi was lying in their office for four days but they never bothered to deliver it to my home. The courier charges were paid for door delivery. The lady manager sitting in office was least bothered about my concerns. Finally, I had to personally visit their office to collect my parcel. Worst Service and worst attitude of the lady manager.

Worst courier service ever....... Never ever opt for shree maruti courier service...they never deliver the product on time... If enquired they ask us to collect from the office... My package has reached the nearest hub which is 3.5 km from my place 9 days ago and they did not deliver it yet.... Worst service 👎 👎 👎

Worst courier service I have ever come across. They delivered my product to the wrong person and did not respond properly. Apparently, my product was not delivered to me.

Pathetic. Unprofessional. Arrogant Unarguably, one of the worst courier services. It took them 3 days to decide whether to to deliver at the destination, 5km away, or wait for the customer to come to their branch and pick up. Guess what, they opted for the later. They have a ready set of alibis to cover up for their lack of delivery services. Moreover, they threaten to return the parcel if not collected in their stipulated time. Beware of this fraudulent company. If you have a choice, go for a reputed courier company or opt for Indian Post.
