Officers are good here. Those who want to enrol their name as tax payee, they can do it them-self online. But in case of any difficulty, officers here at office are very cooperative. You can pay tax online, but hardcopies of annual returns should be submitted here & will get it stamped as receipt.

Starting a business in West Bengal is too difficult for these license departments irresponsible activities. To get a p tax enrollment certificate I lost my 17 days.
