Underrated worst service,,, in my case i order something in ajio,, the order status shows like delivery attempted already, then I visit the office and they said simply it is cancelled because your address doesn't have service. Note :- It's a worst experience, don't choose Ecom Express.

Hi friends, Actually my delivery date is :-23/07/2021 still didn't receive my shipment(24/07/2021).When I am reached the jadcharla ecom xpress hub to collect my item the people said,your shipment not found by searching in the hub.Then I am again requested the people pls search again they said, Shipment is received but not found here.Again I am asking he replied Impolite words used. Pls guys don't recommend ECOM XPRESS for courier service

Worst courier service in Jadcherla, they never deliver and never pickup, if you call them for deliver or pickup they talk very rude.

They don't deliver the product until and unless you call the customer care and take local number and even if you call them they are very rude.they just update status like rescheduled as asked by customer, but they never called customer.
