One of the worst post office in the world. i would have give 0 stars if its available, you will never get a proper reply from them and the people have very rude attitude and dont have manners even they dont know their work. i was been waiting for my passport and it was received by NZB HO and the guy who delivering the courier without visiting my home simply updated the status as DOOR CLOSED ? and they dont have proper number and nobody lift the call even if you wait for 10 hours worst worst worst experiance.
