It's pathetic that they don't provide service which is 5kms away from the madikeri town. I have booked courier from Chennai and mentioned proper address, but once it's reaches, they told me to collect from madikeri town and no service available away from the town. These information is not passed with us while booking. This is not acceptable.

If they cannot deliver within Madikeri town itself them what kind of service you can expect from them. Only name is Professional but their service is highly unprofessional.
