Although the post office is situated at a convenient location but most of the time there is a sever down issue. I had not faced such issues 2 yrs back when the staff was different. However the current staff always places a sever down board and either you need to wait very long hours or visit atleast 2-3 times even for a simple service like withdrawal of money.

Very bad experience. 1st of all there server does not work . Alway ther is a board saying "server down". Just to deposit money we have to visit many times . No proper response from staff as well. Govt must consider the facilities to be provided to serve the customers better.

Situated at a very convenient location for all the residents of BTM 2nd Stage. A very small set up, speed post facility is available though. The employees are helpful enough to keep the customers happy and satisfied. Only suggestion is they can use their own inverter as power cut is a problem here and work gets hampered heavily due to the same if it's a long one

I have posted a letter by using speed post in this office even after a week it was not reached and the details(tracking details) also not updated in the web site.. So, i will suggest you don't go to this post office.. And one more thing at the time of 11am only one employee working over there she only doing all work.. For that it's taking too much time..

The post office timing is till 5pm and it is also mentioned at the entrance that the timing is from 9am till 5pm. I went at 4pm they said that post office closes at 3pm.

At first it take only cash payment ,they didnot upgrade to card or UPI , secondly when arranged cash and went back to counter they said to stick visible tape as if they have no eyes to see over it , every thing was clearly visible still denied to take it . I wasted my time, effort and money to travel on this post office .worst post officer ever.

Very disappointed...I went to purchase NSC in btm 2nd stage post office today..around 11 i collected form and asked for all required documents..when i completed all necessary things and went around 12.30 to submit all ,they said we were working till 12 o'clock only today!! and now we can not accept, even though all post office work till 2 o'clock from monday to Friday..and didn't accept the application..also they said they wont be working on Saturday (31/3) as well and will open directly on 2nd april though all other post offices are going to work on Saturday..since it is closing of financial year it was very important that instead of making excuses they help the people..
