I wish I could give less than half a star. I registered for a new Adhar Card thru government's online portal for my 2 year old son. As per government, this is door delivery service and the post office staff member will come home and collect the details of the child. Despite registering this online, no one visited home and finally I had to take my small child to the post office and get him for adhar card registered. These staff people don't have any accountability & even don't apologized that I had to do this extra work.

On parcel so you can call and ask where is the home but you haven't call and written in tracking status addressee not found how's it possible i am going to complaint of your post office

Have done Speed post parcel from Bangalore on Monday, 23.5.22, we were told by our Post office that it will reach in 3,4 days at the Vadodara address. We are checking status from yesterday, it goes out for delivery in the morning, and at the end of the day the status is showing cant locate the address. Come on Vadodara , Speed post department, if you are reading this review pl.deliver the parcel tomorrow. There is a Mobile number mentioned on the parcel, pl.call the number, if you have any difficulty in locating.
