Worst services ever. They don't need they don't value their customers. Koi parcel 2 din mai delhi se banglore pohoch sakta hai inka parcel 8 din mai Udaipur se Haryana nahi pohochta .. jaisi service wise hi inka staff koi aisa person nhi hai inke staff mai jo responsible ho aur reply de sake ... I am their Regular customer since more than a year and this is my 3rd parcel which was delayed. Sometimes the sorting is wrong, sometimes the parcel is sent in the wrong direction, then it travels 2-3 states to the parcel's destination. due to their irresponsible behavior again n again I will not send any future parcel from your courier. Because I value my customers. I have to think about them.

WORST experience ever. Since one month I am negotiating and aligning with a person , and when the luggage is on the way I got a call like he is my employee and you need to pay this revised amount of Bill. Their labour to unload the goods has been left , if you deny to pay the difference amount. No helpline to complain further about this rude behavior. Moreover they are charging extra GST amount , which is exempt by every packer and movers in India , so it cost you 18% more from others without any reason. They compare and charge for their service like APML , which is not even come to 10% from them. I used both of them , but they are having pathetic service and response. They can increase the price anytime and left you in between as well if you argue. Dont ever take their irresponsible service and stay safe from this froud people.
