My courier service was booked on 7th Nov from chenai, as per tracking it reached Coimbatore hub on 9th. It's 17th now. Product not yet delivered. I contacted the number given above, she promised delivery on very next day. Next day I tried calling the number from 5 different number. She blocked all the numbers. Cheaters. Now I am filing a complaint in consumer court demanding compensation. ST couriers complete waste.

Full of fake reviews. Fricking Zero Courtesy for paying customers. I sent a package through them and they dumped it in their CBE office godown as they dont deliver in that area(Destination was Bangalore, not some remote village). They didnt have basic courtesy to inform me - I learnt about this 10 days later from the intended recipient. Utter criminal company this is.

Dear Team , This Following complaint Complaint against of ST courier owner Mr Jagannathan ( Thudiyalur Branch ) who as fail to do proper service to customer . I would like to bring it to the knowledge of the ST courier office head office .. this kindly branch and person like Mr Jagannathan will spoil the reputation of the courier company .. My AWB No is 63207214044 this was booked on 28/8/2020 from Coimbatore saravanapatti - to Thudiyalur Coimbatore From Aug 1st 2020 tracking was updated as Door lock till 3rd Aug 2010( which was false and wrong statement ) We are available at home 24/7 due to corona We are in my moms house the same address .. Today I called tried and called the courier guy to check on delivery.. he was very rude enough to respond for the door lock question raised by us .. finally he said he will come today to deliver ... he came by 1:40 pm this noon.. searching for address and called me to find out the location ... I directed him after reached still he was rude as telling us to check with the office .. if u have any concern ( later on I found out he is the owner Mr Jagannathan- Lakshmi Asscociates ) I request to give to parcel , he denied and ask to sign the POD before handing over or me seeing the parcel, because we are not sure how would the condition on the parcel since it was laying in his office past 4 days.. Again with rude tone he said if you sign the POD I can to handover else I can’t said and left my home ... all this conversation recorded And his rude behaviour was recorded in my CCTV. I immediately went to his office to complaint and to get my parcel .. can’t found him , because he is the owner on proper response from his office either .. while returning back from his office .. was him in road .. still he refuses to handover the parcel and mentioned this statement .. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO IT .. COMPLAINT TO WHOEVER YOU WANT . The sender already raised the complaint now I am registered this to take nesseary action .. however I called ST courier chennai office .. over the phone to compliant the same issue .. with the Ref No TNCJB10344. They promised to solve this issue within few hours still no one has returned to me from your office . Meanwhile it was updated on the tracking party refused.. Request you to take action on this matter to ensure the your brand doesn’t get bad reputation. Looking forward to hear from you . Thanks, Christopher

I should give zero stars for this hectic company. A Parcel is sent from sharjah to coimbatore on 9/10/2020. They have promised that it will be delivered within (15 - 25 days). Its been 40 days till now not delivered. Poor customer service no proper response from anyone. I dont recommend this company for any type of courier services rather prefer other couriers. I do need a proper explanation why my Parcel is being delayed & not delivered yet?
