One horrible, worst, useless service Ecom express provides. Theses fellows attitude at this Ecom center, just holds the package if not delivered, and won't attempt second time delivery, nor the package goes back to the origin where it came from. "IT JUST SITS THERE IDLE", until you have go and personally collect the package. Several calls to the customer care is of no use. They say they will deliver it on priority and nothing really happens. Once you go to this Ecom express in Girinagar, you will know how worst is this place. My Package was under a pile of parcels, they just throw many of them, without even knowing what might me inside, what if something delicate breaks up or what if someone is sending something important and never ever gets delivered? They are least bothered. I had to wait for 1 week to get my package and nothing happened, and i personally go there and collect it. The people working there was like, we attempt to deliver only once, not the second time, and guess what, the package just lies there without it going anywhere. Do hell with ecom express services, bunch of useless fellows running the business.

Worst courier service, I am a online vender and i keep selling things onlin, we send our products from all the courier services but u had the worst service with ecom express as the company itself is fraud and their employees too. They simply delay the pick up or delivery and give unnecessary reasons, when contacted to their call centera they assure to solve your prblm bur don't do anything.
