Worst experience. Some courier services will be doing late delivery, but we can always go there and pick up. This guy takes it to next level. He won't open the shop also and never attends the call. My courier was updated as delivered even though delivery was never attempted. Went to the shop multiple times at different time only to see the shop closed every time. Finally after a lot of asking around, learnt that the guy will be available in DTDC courier office opposite to the shop (next building after Mc rennet). Went there and was surprised to see that the courier was actually kept there instead of ST courier office. He simply handed over the package I showed to me without any sign or verification.
