Never go here for passport work. You will regret a lot and work will not be done here and the elderly officers who sit here do not come on time and neither do they know how to use computer properly. They don't even know how to talk properly and with respect and then take long tea and food breaks in between. It takes 30-45 minutes to complete a passport application and you will be forced to take new print copies and photocopies even if all the documents are correct. When we came here from a distance of 250 kms, this elderly officer troubled us a lot. The government should employ such people in some other work and not in sensitive work like passport.
