Not good always delays my products and sends message that your product delivery failed or undelivered. Not even 1star ratings to it. My many orders have been cancelled due to ecom express. Should improve a lot too irresponsible. And we can't even contact to them. Worst 👎, They will not even try to deliver your products.

The Worst delivery service ever experienced. There is no other option to give rating below this. First of all they wont move our parcel from their godown to next step & they just keep delaying in delivery very slow process, They don't know the responsibilities of their work behave like unknowingly/rude on the call/not ready to listen. Finally i only went to the currier location & took my parcel when it was supposed to be deliver on my address. Too much irritating very bad experience 😡

Hlo Swapna ji ur purple Persol on that day I called u 8-10 times and u picked call at 1:10 and just u said I am arriving within 10 min but u not reached I just waited for u untill 1:50 but u not came and not received my call .wt can I do our office timing untill 4:30.
