Delivery guy Manoj Kini misbehaved during delivery. He threw my package of 10kg pedigree on my door in a very rude way even when my mom was waiting outside door to receive the package. Doesn't care if it can damage my property or my package. And then he left in a rude way without asking if this is the place to deliver. Or without telling me that it is my parcel. Very Unprofessional, Chapri and Cheap behaviour. Request you to please look into this.

Worst courier service, don't know where the package is, no local office contact number provided, customer care is just some bad made up Ivr which doesn't even understand the customers input. Avoid ecom at any cost.
