Please do not use DHL for sending items to Germany. I sent some used clothes and used utensils on 27 th sep 2021 to berlin to my wife. DHL express was choosen so that items get delivered within 5 working days without any hassle. It reached Germany in 3 days however DHL Berlin took almost seven days to get It cleared from customs that also each day new query was raised. Finally it got delivered today i.e on 11th October 2021 by paying 50 euros as custom duty. Berlin DHL team is very inefficient.
