Really very very bad experience i met twice..there is no way to contact customer care when u got a call from ecom when u r in another call..if u call again the missed call number the recorded voice ask pin number if u entered pin what u got it simply told incorrect pin..then the delivery person leave because of call waiting..afer u want parcel means there is no option to get only way to go the courier office directly

This local courier division is okey!.But Ecom express customer care didn't have any mobile numbers of branches.E com is first time in Southern states.Ecom express is improving their services.Flipkart,PaytmMall are supporting ecom express.
