ECOM Express = Frustration. My parcel came to Pune quickly but Pune Delivery Centre was not interested in delivering it. Ecom Express feels like they are working as undercover agents because neither they provide any contact number nor they provide their Delivery centre address. The IVR service is hopeless as it informs us what we already know. Two days Parcel was with Delivery Centre. On third day i saw that they have put Undelivered remark stating Address is not found. i was surprised by this remark as all other online things are coming to same address from last 20 years and none of their delivery boys have contacted me ever. Somehow i received their OTP which needs to be given to delivery guy and in that SMS i found one number to which i need to call atleast 4-6 times and after requesting a lot finally on 4th day i received my parcel. I havent came across any more worst courier services than this.

Horrible service. No updates about the package. No contact number. No update on website since 4 days. Automated replies on mail. IVR does not have option to speak to a representative. Very frustrating. Delivery date has already passed but there is not update regarding the package yet. Very pathetic experience
