On its portal it says delivery is expected on 5th July 2023. Today it’s already 6th July almost over and portal is still showing same. Customer care number is automated, chat is automated and no way out to talk to individual to get actual idea when the delivery is going to happen. Such a third class level service provider 😡😡😡

Worst service by these people. Their delivery person act like as if they are the ceo of company and we are delivering order for them. I could not answer their call as I work on night shift and these people when i call back ask me to come to some other area to pickup my own order. Don't ever take delivery from these people. Their delivery people need to learn a lesson. PATHETIC SERVICE. HOPELESS PEOPLE

Worst services. A package was to be delivered, but they updated my house was locked. I have CCTV evidence to prove against this. It is 10 days since and no number to call, nor speak to. My vendor is also chasing at one end. No clue when this will be resolved. By public demand, these companies should be forced to close down so they don't cheat us like this.

I would have given negative stars if there could be an option for it. I have expirenced my worst life expirence with this company. The company is totally fake. They are not able to deliver by order for the last 1 week. No delivery agent is contacting me. They are also not giving the number of the delivery executive. Worst worst service any company can provide. Please save your money and do not take any service provided by this company.

Very wrost service. Delivery guy told he had called me but have received no calls from them, simply they update that address is not available. Wrost response. No customer care, no local office number. It's been more than 5 days it reached the branch but still they are delivering.

Wrost courier service my package not delivered nice 1st November nowords I calling customer care daily no response even delivery boys wrost they didn't came my location and didn't call me simply updating fake details I am getting Amazon product same address but how can they update shipment attempted wrong address that stupid delivery not calling me. Useless courier service ever. They sit in their office and say he is out of delivery. Last time I was standing at their office and they are saying he is out of delivery but he never left the office. No calls no updates, just delays. Better to use India post than this is rubbish company

dont even deserve one star. worst service. local courier takes more than a week and still not delivered. just 10 km radius they dont want to drop the shipment. evening 6 pm they call and say it is raining, not able to come. will do tomorrw. this is from past one week. No one to question them, or ask they any thing. i failed to and feel helpless. They dont understand they are employed because we are giving them service. they should understand their duties and responsibilities. worst attitude. just because of one or two such delivery persons, ECOM is getting bad name. why not close the service, this is the padmanabanagar, Bangalore, near deve gowda petrol bunk ECOM serive.
