If I have option of negative then I will go for it..I didn't get any call & without informing status shows as returned ...I called customer care yesterday ,They told me I get packet today but When I check status today i.e 5.7.22 it shows item returned refused on 04.07.22. The most pathetic post office. I had sent my certificates of extreme importance through speed post and what this people did is that they just returned it back to Kerala without any reason., this post office is just 2 kms away and I stay in a reputed society too., which is not hard for them to find. They didn’t even care to inform or call us regarding the post., I was tracking the post continuously as the documents were of utmost importance for me., and I don’t know why they just rejected my consignment without any reason. They dont pick up calls when called. So irresponsible. Now i am choosing professional courier to sent it again back. This is really disappointing. I have attached an image of what they have written in my post !! Even a call would have sufficed. Its really pathetic.

If there were lesser rating than this, I would have given it. They most probably won't deliver your parcels home, you have to go and collect. The place is so minute, it can barely accomodate a car if you go in to collect. Do not send a letter, because it never reaches the destination. It's been two months since I posted a letter to London and to Ahmadabad. It's not reached yet.
