How dare he called my area of location as Gaon, it seems he stays in America. I am surprised as how come such mannerless person got franchise of Maruti Courier...

I have been calling this courier company with my order since Saturday 24th Oct... The lady on the call shows so much of tantrums as if she is doing favors to her customer. This courier company cannot be trusted if you have any delicate items to be delivered... I specifically mentioned that the delivery box has a plant but the lady refused to get it delivered on 24th Oct. They have the parcel in their warehouse since 23rd October... Today again I spoke to her in the morning and she confirmed that their delivery boy will deliver it today before 7.00 pm but no one came. I asked for delivery boy's number but they refused.... Now if my order does not come in proper conditions, they should pay for it.... It's request do not use this courier company as they have highly unprofessional staff.

The worst courier service I have seen, I booked a courier from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon on 9/06/2020 but was not delivered till 18/06/2020 and no online tracking was working till 18th and after that it showed that the packet had reached to Kolkata. Not even a single customer care number is operative. The local hub person also disconnected the call. The most unprofessional and pathetic courier service , please beware of them.
