Great pick up services I am a business owner. Right now I sell all across Jaipur. I was facing issues with pick up of my orders because of my remote location. Ecom express went an extra mile to help me out. They have alotted a delivery guy to come to my warehouse and pick up all the orders. I am really glad to have partnered with them.

3rd class express , 3rd class service , 3rd class customer care executive, He is not providing hub contact no , My parcel is reached at nearest hub since last 2 days but still they are not able to deliver courier within only 2 km range. The delivery is taking around almost 10 -12 days , other courier services delivered with 4/5 days max. Please change your express to depress of customer. if you are not able to provide service to customers with good value then why your are taking orders to ruin someones special day. Thank you.

My package reached the hub in 2km vicinity from my location and they are sending me failed delivery notification even though the delivery wasn't even attempted. Without calling me asking me they are mentioning area not accessible for a all day public open area. No contact made whatsoever. And then comes the support contact number you people provide. Tried a zillion times but it never connects to the delivery agent or hub. Atleast provide some functional contact info so that we can atleast call and co-ordinate. This is total negligence towards customers interest.

Exon express unfortunately is not at all express. There is no customer service, just an IVR which doesn’t have proper routing; a chatbox that says that the service team would revert in 24 hours, but it doesn’t, and; a pathetic website that doesn’t give the real time update. Once it would show that the item is in transit, the next moment it would show it is yet to be shipped. Apparently for ecom, it takes 7 days for a parcel to bee delivered from Gurgaon to Delhi. The delivery date doesn’t even get updated to the new delivery date if the shipment is delayed, that’s the level of craziness in the entire shipment tracking system. Pathetic!

Worst delivery service in hyderabad kphb colony, I am trying contact you from 10 days as expected delivery date was on 24 oct and today is 5 nov. No one contacted me Or I got anyone's number to call even no address of this courier service is mentioned anywhere
