Worst of the worst delivery partner I have ever seen so far..All the information is a big lie,first they sent a message along with the phone number and a pin number which is of no use.. no one pick up the call.. and there is a another number where there is no proper prompt for rescheduling.. this is a biggest scam.. so I request each and every individual when ever you order from any plat form.. if u see the delivery partner Ecom express just cancel it.. u won't get it.. u can save ur time by staying away from this third class delivery partner.. this company should be closed..This deserve a minus 0 rating..

Pathetic service.. Probably the worst delivery agency. No point of contact with the delivery agent. I missed the call and now they are telling my shipment will be returned to the seller and subsequently refund will be issued. But they don't even know when my shipment will reach to the seller..May take a month or two or even may be three!! Utterly disappointed..Horrible!!

Extremely disgusted with the service team. No point of contact, customer care never pics up the call , rude and non-supportive delivery man. The delivery guy came at my door but there was a problem with my phone number. There were two numbers given on the bill and the second number was wrong as it was consisting only 8 digits. I repeatedly requested the delivery man to send the OTP in the first number which is correct. He said he won't do anything and I need to contact Chandrani Pearls again. He left without giving me the parcel. Also, he said once I talk with Chandrani Pearls and fix the issue, he will deliver my product today. I called them and they have fixed it from their side. There's no update about my parcel yet and it's written that my residence was closed though I talked to him in person. So I don't know how he could give such a reason for not delivering my product. I hope you understand that it's urgent and that is why I have ordered it online so that I get it within 2 or 3 days. This is extremely unprofessional and rude on the part of the delivery team. I was supposed to leave by 3 pm today with that parcel. But now, It's all worthless. I am extremely disappointed with the entire service.
