The WORST delivery service and customer care interactions I've ever experienced. .It's been 33 days and I'm STILL to get a satisfactory response as to where my package is. They gave different reasons each time "internal issues - no man power to deliver", "pin code is wrong"it has gone in a different direction due to internal technical issue".

I hate their service...no calling...if someone is in meeting and could ng pick up their calls...they cancel the order and one more thing is that we will get a msg saying out for delivery..but it won't come that day and they send a msg saying it will be deliver by tomorrow...sometime you wouldn't even know where is your pkg...very bad...they have to look into this.

Fir the marathon costume run as SUPERMAN I booked red shoes in TATAcliQ on 9 Aug22. Even after two weeks delivery not happened. After a lot of effort I could reach their customer service, they said the package is MISROUTED and will be delivered within 120 hours. My race is in 2 days and I need the shoes urgently to familiarise and also for the photoshoot of #supermanbabul What to do now? Wonder why Ecom Exp does not have a contact number at Hyderabad for urgent situations like? Very much disappointed.

It's just a delivery hub and nothing else. The staff of good and if you are unable to get the courier to your house, you can visit here and collect them Rather then waiting for the delivery boy. And there's no direct contact number for this delivery hub. It's just a toll-free number and it always says that the number was wrong or incorrect

The world worst courier service I have ever seen. They will not deliver ur product on ur delivery date (never). No contact number Nothing. You will be helpless. I myself went to that place to take my product (because it was about to 1wek after then they will automatically cancel the product) . But I was waiting like hell, they couldn't find my product also what they will deliver. I told them I will not go until I get my product. Then 4-5 workers was searching like anything after 2 hours I got my product. I dont want to give single star also.

Ecom express has the worst delivery services. Ordered products on 2nd October ,after several complaints and follow ups, i went to warehouse and my products were completely damaged and tampered. I complained to national consumer court, they helped me to get my refund.

Even if there is any negative rating option on the portal then definitely Ecom express will be on top in negative reviews. I think the M. D. should shut down the operations of the company and should lock the office for permanently. The wrost service I have been ever taken by any courier service. Even there is no service in this company just give your goods/parcel/courier to them and forget it. As you all heard the line 'NEKI KAR DARIYA ME DAAL', I have a same for the E com express 'PACK KAR OR ECOM ME DAAL'. I can write for whole night in negative for e com but I don't have so much time So finally I want to say guys please beware of this company......
