Had a bad experience with this courier service. No professionalism. Couriered my laptop from hometown to office. Courier reached on time. Spot on hub was just near my office. But it wasn't delivered for 1 week. When I tracked the status it was showing delivery denied by the office for first day. After that there was no status updated. When I contacted to office I got to know nobody had called for courier. I was worried since it's a office laptop. I tried reaching them. I called customer care they said they will reattempt. There were a lot of chaos. Somehow I got the delivery boy number. Finally when I contacted the delivery boy I got to know the address is wrong. When I gave for courier I had pasted complete address on the box so there will be no confusion. After enquiry they said address got changed from vehicle to vehicle transfer. How could someone be so careless and change the address!! Ridiculous

Should publish their hubs contact no. A consignment kept for 4-5 days wdout sending it to the proper location and you cannot contact them as they dont give their contact nos. Worst service i had ever seen. Go for DTDC/postal speedpost.

If you are living in a stone age and gave no idea about Indian Parcel services then use this. Indian postal and Railway post are far far better for timely delivery and safe transition. Never trust these private organisations. There is no value of you time, hidden charges and totally unprofessionalism. Again, do not make the mistake of using this one. Go for indian post or Indian Railway post

I had a really lathergic experience with this courier service while transporting my bike from Bangalore to bhubaneswar. Everything was packed properly at Bangalore and was despatched but while received in bhubaneswar after 4 days it was completely broken up and wasn't in condition to drive. The response I got from these people was this is how they got from Bangalore wherein I was there while packing.Not sure how irresponsible one person can be being in such service. Please do not get fooled by their sweet words and avoid using thire unprofessional services also don't take support from their tiedup partners. Attaching photos of my bike. Think twice before you handover your valuables. Please note these 5 star reviews are given by their workers or partners to fool you.

Worst experience I have had ever experienced from any of the courier firm in the industry. These guys have no professionalism and don't care about timings. Once the product is reached in the Bhubaneswar Hub these people don't think it important to inform the addressee. And what the hell many people have given 5 stars ... I don't know why. Even these people don't deserve a single star.
