To close 1 saving account they took 3 days, they will not tell what documents required at first, every time they ask for new new documents, worst lady wasting time sitting at counter no 7, she kept my passbook on her table and wasted half an hour searching for it on others table, so carelessly they work. being so aged people , they don't know how to talk to customers, govt job so they don't care, make you wait for long. lazy people at work !!
