Premium Post office. The speed post booking counter is too primitive. It must have a faster system and better scanners. There's no sitting arrangement for people who await their turn. The UPI payment system is very good. None of the staff cares for the manager. He just sits at the back doing something. Doesn't pick up the land line phone. All staff must be clean shaved and well dressed. Amusing place. But plenty old guys are regular customers. Parking is available inside campus.

Mansarovar Post office is very spacious equipped with several counters to serve customers, seats are available for old age people, staff is courteous & helpful.Worth visiting place for postal services needs.

There are only two post offices in Mansarovar which has a population of more than 2 lakhs. Yes the service is sluggish. The official in charge is doing nothing about it. They could have established 3 to 4 counters for speed post especially during this RAKSHA BANDHAN period. A typical Government Department attitude.

4.5/5 stars. First time I have seen a government office on time. They came back seated exactly @ 1:30pm after finishing off their lunch time. This rarely happens anywhere. Just one thing, I would have expected a separate line for females at the counter.

I stay in Hyderabad .Not sure about facility and parking place but I want to rate this PO based on the conversation I had. One of my consignment was returned (even after writing the whole address with Pin code and landmark)from a sub PO to this PO. I called up Mansarovar PO and told the situation saying this needs to get delivered and can't be returned.The Mail delivery head/supervisor(I think BodhaRam-sorry if I spelled wrong) was so polite. He looked at the consignment number and confirmed its with them. He gave me options like 1) He will contact the person and resend 2) Or ask them to come and collect 3) Will return to me. He followed up and made sure it got delivered. Very happy with their service !!

The Office is nice. The staff is nice. The rates are reasonable. They are comparatively less trustworthy as compared to private couriers. Sunday is a holiday and Saturday till 3pm. This also has a PO Box outside. Hassle free work and very less crowded.
