I got my highlights done here bt it didn't come out the way I wanted. While enquiring they said ho jayega and after dng it , the result was worst. I opted for red , violet , copper colour bt only copper colour is visible that to half , no red and no violet is visible. Worst experience. Would suggest not to go there. They said it will be done in 2hrs bt it almost took whole day. Moral of the story is they only want money but don't want to provide service and giving false information. Disappointed with waxing service. Several hair patches were left unwaxed. Fatima did my waxing and I will not recommend her. She winded up it very fast and the quality of waxing was poor.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY HAIRCUT. They have completely ruined it. Cut off a complete bulk of hair on one sidez unevenly cut and reduced the length significantly. I felt so helpless, it was cut wrongly on one side and I just couldn't do anything about it. Instead of apologising or accepting, she conveniently said il blow dry and it will become all fine. Like really? As of blow dry is permanent and it will correct a wrong cut. On top of that, on mentioning that the heat from blow dry was too strong to bear, so probably keep it a little away from the scalp. Instead of saying she'll take care of it or being cautious, she says toh fir blow dry hi kaise hoga? It's pathetic, I am extremely disappointed and angry. Worst service, pathetic, unapologetic, non sympathetic attitude. Would not want anyone to have such a bad experience at a salon. Please avoid going here. Pathetic place.

It is just professional for sake of name only. Didn't like their service at all. Charged me 150rs for trimming the beard. very roughly handled. No face cleaning before trimming .for what they are charging so much i didn't get..if you are charging 150 rs just for trimming the beard at least give good service to customers.

Pathetic...I asked for a particular hair cut in instead got some different one. Further making it worse I asked to do my beard styling the person removed entire beard. Even charges are High hair colour "L'oreal" rs1000/- whereas other salon charge 500 to 600 .

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER VISITED. All the staff hired in this salon is from UP and Bihar(one can very easily identify from their language). Their mouth is full of pan and tobacco which smells really pathetic. Even its not very cheap. They would charge you Rs.150 for shaving. They don’t use shaving cream or foam before shaving even though I had asked to use it. They apply just water and start rubbing cheeks with hand. Once they do this they will start talking with some other persons in the salon and will make you wait for 15-20 mins. Later then whenever they will start shaving they will keep on talking with some other persons. In this process the barber MADE MULTIPLE CUTS ON MY NECK (PHOTOGRAPS OF WHICH ARE ATTACHED HEREWITH). Even then when I asked him reason he was so arrogant that he said it’s not his fault but my hairs are not good and that’s the reason for such cuts. Did not have any courtesy to apologise for the mistake.When I asked for the manager of the salon they told he just comes for 1 hour in evening. Don’t look at infrastructure of the salon it’s not at all PROFESSIONAL as the name suggests. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO STAR. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. PATHETIC SALON.
