Worst lady ever seen in life. Baby food has been sent from honavara to mandya KSRTC department address. Receipt was missed from the sender. I went to the office and asked her to note down the alternate number with all the details 8f parcel comes to your office please call this number will come and collect it bust she was not ready to listen to me. With out tracking details we don't search anything she said. One thing she said is She don't have pen and paper write down the number. Is it really professional courier is working in that poor condition.....? Very very un professional service from that lady. Being a lady who is not able to understand another mothers difficult situation.. Very much curious what professionalism they have Shame to Mandy branch people...
