So basically they cancel delivery by themselves and will update on website that you were not able to pick up the courier. You need to call them at least 7-8 times to receive your package. Then they will ask you if you can collect the courier from their office for quick delivery despite being late on delivery. Just pathetic.

Firstly i want to suggest to google reviews system, that you should give the option of minus rating also.. Because they are not capable of 1star. Very worst service & behavior of dtdc staff, i would like to ask one thing to DTDC, why they are not giving the computerized tax receipt, they always use hand-written bill because they changed a lot as they want. And i can't say anything about his service, they should have close his Madhavdarshan complex branch.
