I submitted my packages fully packed and sealed to be sent from Agartala to Kochi. I was not aware that they need to check the contents first and then pack it from their office itself. I had to open up one of them to show the contents. They were courteous enough to let me not open the second package. The estimated time they advised was 12-14 days for normal courrier and 2 days less if tagged ‘urgent’z the cost varies for both. Anyway I revenues the package in Kerala on the 5th day. I am happy with the service they provided. Thank you!

I have ordered a parcel on 19th may... It was ok since 25th may i got proper update through tracking id but after 25th there has been no update... Yet today I have not received my parcel. I have called dtdc customer service but no response from them.. I have visited there office also but didnt get proper response and I am totally disappointed... I think I have made a mistake by ordering from dtdc. .. This is nothing but metal pressure as I have order for a huge amount of parcel ... Totally heartbreaking

27th November my father sent a parcel to Hyderabad. When today tried to track online it was found that wrong pin code was entered and the packet now in transit to Maharashtra. Spoke to a person on the number mentioned here who just asked me to WhatsApp receipt no....no clue now how the packet will reach to correct destination. Change the review if take efficient initiative to do the delivery to correct address . Lets see or else be ready to refund the amount you have charged.
