Wrost service providers, shipment delivered after 5 days of expected delivery date, also some items were missing, support system suppose to be supportive but had a terrible experience with them, no one came forward to provide any sort of resolution, not even listening properly and disconnected calls everytime i tried to contact them, also the email team i don't know why they have provided email address if they already opted that we r not going to respond. Overall its a very terrible experience with DTDC. I opted to send my parcel through Air Cargo, but they shipped it through ground surface. I don't know what kind of service u guys r providing. Very unprofessional,
