Govt head post office at company bagh , muzaffarpur city . Offers multiple services like speed post , money order , postal banking , postal stamp and , parcel services . Being the head branch one has to wait for half to one hour to get the job done . Waiting area is small without any amenities like water ,chair , wash room is not present ?

Although the behaviour of staff with whom I interacted was good but not all staffs were well behaved. Oftenly the staff came late by 11:00 am. And some process are really time taken. I visited the branch 4 times for the same purpose and they said that sir come after 15 days & your work will be done. Thankfully at last my work is done. Behaviour and time table is to be monitored. The photos below are taken on about 10:37 & you can easily see that only 2 or 3 staffs are present till then.

Road are broken badly for wheelchair user even u can't walk also some of rules so worst like u can open your savings account but u can't close it. So unclean wall even huge crowd everyday don't have chair to a rest . Need to be working on some rules and developing in to necessary . Sometimes way of talking is not that much .
