Very pathetic service. When we asked them can you send Parcel to Costa Rica they said yes we can send it in 1 week and door to door service in 700rs but after sending the parcel they as 3500 RS we paid that amount. the parcel (Diwali Sweets) has sent on 27-10-22 today it's almost one month I have not received the package even if I get it will be of no use. When parcel arrived in Costa Rica Costa Rica DHL office sent an email to Maruti courier employee "Subrata Samanta" asked for clearance mail but she didn't bother to update any information to us. In short to just get customers money they have miss guided so any looking to send any packages do your due diligence best luck to your Courier service I hope you will learn something .

Good Staff and cooperative service. Underrated courier company. Must try their service they are very much polite and talking staff. I like their no paper recipient service they are giving you whatsapp recipient immediate on our whatsapp number. Which is very use full as compare to printed recipient.
