My Credit Card was sent from Bangalore to my native (near Biharsharif).It reached biharsharif office but i didn't get any call from them.Later when i contacted them, then they told it is not serviceable area. So we can't deliver to you and they have sent it back to Bangalore. My first question is if it was not serviceable area, why did bangalore office accepted the destination and 2nd why Biharsharif office didn't call me even though my number was on the front of package. Later I was told by sender to collect it from Bangalore and it is still in bangalore. This shows the professionalism of The Professional Courier. You can keep the name professional but you have to first understand the meaning and value of the Name.
