Just came back from there. I just wanted an important package to get delivered asap, so what I do, I searched for the nearest Post Office which closes at 05:00 pm so I reach there 3 hours before it's closing time but when I reach, to my surprise they say it's closed now on my face. Is it just me or the closing time of 05:00 pm is given just for fun or am I getting pranked. I mean does that really meant to happen. I have to find another P.O to get it Speed Posted.

I came here to deposit cash. The office main door is closed. One of the staff informed that the office is operational from 10am-12pm. It’s ridiculous.Only 2 working hours in a day for customer is not acceptable. This is why people are reluctant to go to Govt offices.

Very rude language used by the counter employee. Also he does not follow the protocol of speed post as i never get any message on my number instead of speed posting more than a dozen parcels. When i once used speed post from Niladri Vihar, i did recieve proper mesaages.

very bad service.. they talk very rudely and do not hear the customer. all other post offices enter our contact numbers while we speed post due to which we get message on our phone regarding updates of the Shipment. This post office personnel does not care about giving proper service. Government should check which are the people in this post office who are creating non sense issues to the customer.

Where they are seeing door locked I want to know . They are also not calling with phone no . From this it is know how they show there work to govt . The worst branch of post office to deposit money. They make you run like anything after the deposit matures. Every time a new requirement arises and their behaviour is so bad. I don't know when will I get my money. If possible I would have given zero rating.
