These people do not have respect to their customers. Their attitude is like as if they are doing some great work. But they should understand customer service is important. Worst !! Pathetic !! No option to give less than one star as prefer to give minus stars. Staff attending the calls very are rude. No telephone etiquette. Need hell lot of improvement. Break your head after booking your courier. No coordination between booking team and call center. They dint know the reason for return of packet.. No specific reason for return of packet. Packet returned without attempting even a single delivery. never contacted over phone. Please do a root cause analysis if company really wanted to survive. Book through them if you are not bothered about delivering the packet. or if you dont mind if they return the packet without attempting a delivery or if you have enough time to go to pillar to post and calling many numbers like Customer care, booking office, dispatch section, regional office....long list and still you wont find a solution I am wondering how this courier service got 2.5 stars ???

They booked a parcel in Hyderabad and then denied delivery in the middle of Bangalore citing lack of service. 1. Why would they take a parcel for a place, they don't service to? 2. How difficult it is to deliver to a place 3 kms off ORR in the IT Corridor between Marathahalli-Bellandur? Extremely poor service and unprofessional attitude. Better avoid it.

They don't deliver to my address didn't even called me to inform . I was tracking the courier on their web portal which is clearly a day behind the actual field movement of package. It was important document and I missed my deadline because I choosed them . Called them to ask where is my package and standard reply we don't deliver to your address , your phone was not reachable and we returned the courier. Bottomline : pathetic courier service , no basic courtesy, pain in wrong place .

I blame myself that before choosing them I did not checked feedback here. They charge as much as any other top companies. still their website shipment update are delayed by 4-5 days. When I called their call centre to confirm delivery, they told me that shipment may not have got delivered as in Mumbai industrial areas they deliver only once a week. Why not tell the same while booking the letter? If service to Mumbai is so poor what to say about other locations.

It is the worst courier service. The courier guy said just because my number is switched off they returned the parcel back (I am sure my phone would not be switched off nor he tried calling again). Never recommending this courier service to anyone. Their courier tracking website is not updated with the delivery information/date. And when I saw that it was updated, it had the status as Returned. How we are suppose to know when you guys delivery the courier or whether you really do?

It is the worst courier service in India as they have my courier with them but person is not willing to deliver it just because he has only one courier to be delivered in my area. He called me to inform that he won't be able to deliver today n he'll done it by tomorrow... I asked him for his senior's contact details so he told me to do whatever I can do but he will not deliver today. So this is the whol incident and if I could bale to give ZERO rating. . Worst, irresponsible ,rude.
