Very very worst. So much delay to deliver. Delivery person is not ready to deliver the post at home. He said to collect a post at their office. He doesn't care to deliver the post. They hold a post 4 to 5 days in their office. Indian post office got 40 Rs for a speed Post. They deliver a post at home very fastly. Post transferred from here to other state through indian postal service within 5 days. But, professional got 60 Rs and they transferred the post more than 8 days. Indian postal service is better than this

Poor quality. Always delay in delivery. I have to call, track and insist to be delivered, still there will be delay in atleast two days from the given time. Also the handling in very bad. 2-3 times the box inside broke due to careless handling. Totally unhappy.

Such a work experience in this courier office....I have booked the item on 27 th July...they confirmed on 28th July for sure you will receive...but i didn't get the delivery yet. Before you promise to someone make sure you can do that or not. If it Emergency means you will be the responsibility or what?
