See the behavior. Think twice before dealing with this post office. There is guy called pratap who misbehaved me. Also other members supported. My parcel was just kept there without any delivery attempt. 5 days no update, no attempt. When I visited for pickup they said go complain, we don't care. High time to take action against such people. Customer dealing is really poor , forget about the post office premises. It is dirty , unhygienic

I went MANIKONDA POST OFFICE today to pay monthly instalment for PLIC and the lady at counter informed that server is slow and TRANSACTION could not complet. I waited for some time and asked to try again, but this time issue was different,"power failure and you won't get receipt"she replied. She suggested to pay the amount you can take the receipt some time in next visit. I returned by not paying any amount. This is the not FIRST TIME.I FACED SEVERAL TIMES THE SAME PROBLEM. VISITED SEVERAL TIMES FOR ONE TRANSACTION. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR MANIKONDA POST OFFICE BY PROVIDING GOOD SPACE AND EQUIPMENT IN WORKING CONDITION WITH BETTER NET FACILITY. STAFF DON'T HAVE SPACE TO MOVE FREELY. ALL THE AREA IS FILLED WITH OLD AND CONDEMNED EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE AND PARCELS. HATS OFF TO THR STAFF WHO ARE WORKING THERE. THEY DON'T HSVE NOT EVEN PROPER VENTILATION AND LIGHT. OFFICIALS,PLEASE VISIT MANIKONDA POST OFFICE AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO THE POST OFFICE DEVELOPMENT AND MAKE US TO FEEL FREE TO GO AND DO TRANSACTIONS AT ONCE WITH EASE.

Extremely unprofessional courier service. The state of this office is reflective of the competency of government. They call up people saying they can't deliver it to house and instead ask people to come pick it up. They also record calls without people's consent which is illegal. ** Update ** The post office officials visited my home to apologize for the unruly behavior. This is a good gesture and a sign that administration is trying to better their services.

These guys marked my SPEED POST(which I'm supposed to get) as 'Delivered' in the system without even delivering it for more than four weeks. I had to go to there and inquire about my consignment number and they had to search it and asked me to come and pick it up on the next day. Thanks to the person who at least made an effort to search for my parcel and call me to pick it up upon inquiring.
