They are so quick with their services, I'm kinda shocked how fast things work here. I had an issue with my parcel and they resolved it in like 5 mins and then my parcel was delivered within 30 mins to 1 hr at my doorstep. The people working there are also so polite and professional with their customers. Great work.

Only the name is professional but actually they are most unprofessional courier service I have come across. Following are few points to help you decide: 1. No proper tracking system (the one they have is not accurate. E.g. shipment is still showing as in transit even after it got delivered 30 days ago). 2. No dedicated customer service. 3. No one gets back to you even after raising a complain. Etc.

Worst service, They are having my parcel in their warehouse from 10 days, & no further delivery procedure taken, Neither they informed anything. After trying to follow up multiple times, they assist & that too incomplete conversation & action. They ask to provide details via whatsapp & then no reply. Even If the location is not in your service area it's ur responsibility to deliver it to the address provided or either inform the specified person as you must be having the details.

Our consignment number IXR10029053 has been booked from Ranchi on 7th July 2021 but not yet delivered to Surat. When calling your team at Ranchi, they said we had dispatched to the location but delivery to the destination is not our responsibility. It is being stuck in the way to Ahmedabad. While tracking it showing only details upto 8th July Kolkata despatched to Ahmedabad. Pls take action immediately. Not yet delivered. U have the worst courier service. Ur Ranchi branch says that making delivery is not our responsibility. Ur Ranchi team has taken my order of the delivery on 7th July 2021 to deliver to Surat consignment no. IXR10029053. Till 1st August 2021 it was not delivered. I used to call the Ranchi branch for the same almost everyday. But ur representative say it has been missing in between Kolkata and ahmedabad and he doesn't have responsibility to take delivery to destination. On last week Thursday 26th Aug 2021 I have again complained to his senior RBM he said either he compensate me or will make the delivery. After 1.5 months this executive make my item delivered and then he is pressurising me to accept the forged delivery receipt. Very unprofessional professional courier.

Very good service. It's not in the main road. There was a small way going inside from the main road. On there right side the office situated. As compared to DTDC courier their service charge is less for both normal and speed courier. For speed they charged only 190rupees from me.
