With sorrow I give 1 star as there is nothing below this that could make me happy. Worst service. Calling Toll Free is a waste of time, unless you are lucky. Spent whole of day trying to reach them and finally booked 2 shipments. I was promised that the cartons would be delivered today mrng and the pickup would be done in few hours once the packing is done from my side. No one called and no one turned up. Called them in the morning and the call center said that usually the people are out only by 11 am. It was 10:40 when I spoke to them. Now it is around 4:18 PM and no one has bothered to call or visit. Tried to contact toll free number several times but always busy. At one point, I even waited for 20 mts on the Toll Free still everyone was busy. Hard to believe that such a lousy company is busy on call all the time.

Very bad customer services .. no proper response asking me to wait always ..this Chennai safexpress branch is very worst, useless people..couldn’t reach anyone, after talking to customer service they gave 2direct Chennai branch phn no. given no. Is always out of services & switched off .. why do you people have to work if you have no interest? Every time when I call tollfree no. They’re saying I’ll get it by tomorrow.. am not sure how many tomorrow’s should I wait.. these people are so lethargic.. not even worth for 1 star ..
