The officers think that people doesn't deserve the passport - First they will ask you to come with appointment print which is not required as per passport guidelines but these Guyz has their own rules. - First they will try to find mistake even though it is minor one which is -They will try to find error and send you back - they will ask to take print colour of aadhar don't know why but the downloaded copy should be current date - This was a pathetic experience - this office must be replace by the officer - provide them training how to behave with public

If you want to apply for Central Govt job then take passport appointment here, very unscrupulous and irresponsible officers are appointed for verification (Charlie Chaplin looking like a psycho sitting on the first chair after the door, he needs urgent treatment), if you want passport sooner than taking an appointment here in Pune Better than ever taken.

Horrible experience. The officer is extremely irritating and asks for unnecessary documents. My friends who got their passports done from Pune/Mumbai were never asked for the those documents. Also, he asks to print colour copy of Adhar which should be printed on same day which is not mentioned anywhere on website.

One of the pathetic, worst Government places in the city. One of the staff member who sits right next to the door, very arrogant and non friendly. I don't know why these kind of people do even exist on Earth ,they should depart. I had worst nightmare. If you want to get done your work quickly try different locations.

Although passport office is here, service is very poor. When you bring all the mentioned documents as listed in passport website, still the officer will send you out for next scheduling. Hopefully in time it will be improved by sending experienced officers.
