Bharatpur Passport office is a heaven for the people looking for a urgent appointment which is not possible in local offices. Passport offices in North India are overwhelmed and appointments for renewal or new are not easily available. There is a general one to two months for appointment but Bharatpur Passport office has plenty of appointment space for those people especially for Haryana and Punjab. I have seen many other people from Haryana and Punjab. I was too there for the same reason. The office is inside the Post Office and it is not easy to locate the passport office. You need to ask many people to finally get there. The office is very simple and only one officer was working there. I guess he was doing all the job by himself. I guess government should provide an assistant to the officer. He was generous and was dealing with people very politely and was helping them in every possible way. The only not good thing about Passport office is that they do not dispatch your passport soon enough. I had no idea that they will take many days to dispatch my passport. I choose Bharatpur passport office so that I can have my Passport at the earliest but their delay made all the things messy.
