I need to share this information to all the people that DTDC is charging more than the rate card mentioned,when I ask the same question the answer was to maintain there own business they are charging more price. In my case having 2 parcels weighing each 5kg and 3kg respectively. 3kg parcel have electronic product (lenovo tablet) for which they are charging 250rupees per kg and total was 750 rupees. 5kg parcel have books for which they are charging 150 rupees per kg and total was 750 rupees. As per their fixed prices for other states actual cost is 95 rupees per kg for non electronic products. Then total cost will be 475 rupees. And for the electronic products is 150 rupees per kg.total cost is 450rupees. Total amount is 925 rupees. But they are charging 1500 which is 675 rupees more. Please request everyone to demand for the DTDC fixed prices. These brach people are looting money.

This is one of the waste courier service center ,I sent a courier to Hyderabad which is still missing now it's been 6 days there assured that It will delivery in 2 days and there are saying that monthly 2-3 orders will be missing in dtdc

Worst service ever . I have booked DTDC premium for Rs.190 for urgent delivery of documents . I was told it would reach the destination by next day, but it has not reached the destination even after 3days .When called the office regarding the delay there was rude response with no proper explanation. I would suggest no to go this worthless dtdc centre.
