They don't behave like professional. After reaching their office its takes 1 week more to get product. Always give excuse and deliver late. Sometimes professional courier Kalyani,Nadia even charge for delivery. Total disaster.

These people always give the worst service! I have always had bad experiences with them. They don't deliver our parcel though they receive it at their office. These people wait for our call and then when we call them up they ask to come and collect from their office. They say they don't have anyone to deliver! Height of stupidity!
