Terrible service! I am not sure how much people are accountable for their efficiency, I really wish the government brings in deadlines and if people can’t work off of it they need to be laid off! I sent a package with express shipping from USA, it has been waiting in kolkata for the past three weeks. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 5days. These were time sensitive documents and needed to be delivered to a bank. Kolkata wake up!!
